It marks the latest collaboration between Dubai Holding and Brookfield, who have previously partnered on several of Dubai\u2019s retail and lifestyle destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Features of Solaya<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Solaya offers a mix of two- to five-bedroom residences, penthouses with private pools and terraces, 18 garden houses with courtyards, and duplexes designed for outdoor living.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Created by Foster + Partners with interiors by 1508 London, the homes feature open layouts, high ceilings, and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amenities include a spa, fitness centre, private cinema, dining and meeting spaces, and an exclusive residents\u2019 lounge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2018Global partnerships\u2019<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Omar Karim, CEO of Dubai Holding Investments, said Solaya reflects the company\u2019s strategy of building global partnerships that deliver long-term value and strengthen Dubai\u2019s position as a world-class hub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, added that the development responds to growing demand for wellness-focused, nature-connected living spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rob Devereux, CEO of Brookfield Properties, described Solaya as a \u201crare opportunity\u201d for beachfront living in the heart of Dubai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Location advantage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Situated in Jumeirah 1, Solaya provides both seclusion and connectivity.
